1. “My tablet is stuck on the Android Logo.”
Your tablet is having an issue during the boot-up process. The best way to fix this is to reflash your tablet. Reflashing means to reinstall the firmware. You can find a guide on how to do this for your tablet on the Service & Support pages below:

2. “I dropped my screen and it cracked and it no longer works.”
Unfortunately, cracked screens and physical damage are not covered under the warranty. You can still request a replacement but there will be a $40 replacement fee. Please send a CASHIER'S CHECK or MONEY ORDER with the unit and make it out to CONTEL USA (our parent company). We no longer take personal checks as too many of them have been bouncing.
